Fitness Experience:
I worked in the Fitness Industry in Fort Lauderdale, FL from 2003-2007. I received hands on certification from the popular and iconic Candy Colby at World Fitness Association and quickly taught classes at Lady of America, Holy Cross Hospital, and subbed at other Fitness Facilities. I started meeting a lot of members in my classes that asked if I personal trained clients so I decided to obtain my Personal Trainer Certification. I taught 6-8 group fitness classes per week and had a full schedule of clients. In 2007 I made the move to Colorado and was hired to manage the new gym SNAP Fitness in Aurora. I helped design and sign-up clients and members for the new gym. I also managed the Denver SNAP Fitness gym as well. But, 6 months later I had a great job opportunity in a different field so I decided to take a break from the fitness indusrty. I miss making a difference in myself and others in fitness health. So I am coming back to fitness.
